Return Policy

All sales are presumed final, however we understand that things happen and always take each instance on a case-by-case basis.

We do our very best to resolve any issues with shipping carriers. Please note that issues with packages being lost/returned have to be filed (by us) to the carrier and could take 7-14 business days to resolve.  

Custom or corporate orders are not eligible for refunds once order has been placed. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after placement of order.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly. Any return may be subject to a 10% restock fee.
